As a proud mom of a 5-year-old autistic boy, I can wholeheartedly share my transformative experience with Central Mass Clinical. About two years ago, my son began receiving services there, and the progress he has made is nothing short of remarkable. Before joining, he had a few words but hardly communicated. Now, thanks to the dedicated support he receives, he can form sentences and express his needs verbally. Instead of simply pointing or saying “milk,” he now articulates, “Mom, I want milk, please.” 

Moreover, he struggled with potty training at first, but with the invaluable assistance of Sam, his direct service provider, he can now navigate the bathroom with minimal help. Sam is incredibly compassionate and attentive, ensuring my son feels supported and understood. His dedication has made a profound difference in our lives, and I am truly grateful to have him in my son’s corner.

Kristi, another exceptional team member, is equally remarkable. Her openness and willingness to assist my family whenever we need it has been a blessing. She consistently provides the services we require with kindness and professionalism.
